Apply 2-3 drops of your preferred oil(s) to back of neck and bottom of feet before bed. Diffuse 6-8 drops at bedtime. Or combine 5-10 drops of each of your favorites in a 15ML roller bottle, and fill the bottle with a carrier oil to make a custom bedtime blend.
